    touch your toes – hold 15 seconds

    knee to elbow – 20 times
    squat – 10 times
    knee to hand – 20 times

    slow mountain climbers – 20 times
    frog press – 10 times
    plank – hold 15 to 30 seconds
    side jack – 10 times each side
    forward crunch – 15 reps
    bridging – hold 15 to 30 seconds

But I have a problem in my health. i am 19 year old i had blood colt in my left uppers limb due to more homocysteine level in my blood and Colts were removed back in 2021 but it the blood is cloting in same hand. so doctor told me that we will increase the blood thinner you must do some exercise to improve your blood flow. Because of that.Sir can you please suggest me an exercise to increase my blood flow… please
