Living with a chronic disease can often result in extra stress and anxiety, especially for children. In partnership with Riley Children’s Foundation and Riley Hospital for Children, Indiana University School of Medicine clinicians and researchers are pleased to present a video resource to support patients coping with stress. By following the steps presented in the video, viewers will learn how to complete a belly breathing exercise that can be done anywhere at any time. Belly breathing is a great way to calm the body and mind.

  9. This video helped and liked the pace. I found it helpful to put an object on my belly like a remote and watch it go up and down as I breathed.

  10. It doesn’t feel like it is going to pass, it feels like im ignoring it, I have pain everywhere, I’m shakey, sweaty, feel really sick, I don’t recognise things and people, I feel like I am in a dream and really really dizzy, I feel like im dying. I’ve made myself really sick 🙁

  12. I’ve had pretty bad anxiety these past few days and I’ve been feeling very nauseous to the point where I could barely eat. This video helped ease my nausea and anxiety and I’m currently eating without gagging finally 🙂
