  2. canola oil is a seed oil not healthy. cows milk is good for calves only. it causes congestion in the lungs. for people with heart issues it is best to avoid eggs and better egg whites only.

  5. I am much older than 27 years old, and I can definitely say my brain is far better now than what it was then. Couldn’t remember or learn anything, probably because my unconscious mind was holding in a trouble past and had no room for learning. How can we not learn or develop now? The Internet is filled with too much information. Someone is teaching you about food, exercise, history, music, praying, meditation, manifestation, Forex, maths, English etc things you never got a decade or so ago!

  6. I am sorry I watched this video. I came to the point where it’s said that it is not a good idea to cook with coconut oil. It is the best oil to cook with. Even in extreme heat it won’t turn to poison unlike most other oils.

  7. There are lots of sweet flavoring grown on a tree that do not raise blood sugar. Like coconut sugar. Agave. Stevia. Honey. And many more. Look for them

  8. So glad healthy food was part of my biology class in secondary school; very valuable knowledge. But my gut instinct often beats me to it, it knows what it needs. But interesting video still.

  15. How do you prove that we consume minerals and not just the flavour. Am I right in thinking that whatever we eat will go to the brain then nervous system. The brain says what the absorb where and when.
