  1. Lucas- I wish everyone could watch this video. Those morning struggles you shared resonated with me eventhough I never experienced addiction.
    I remember your energetic, positive and refreshing attitude at work and with teammates, in the past. That was something that I always cherished and looked up to. Now I understand it wasn’t accidental, you were actively working towards a healthy lifestyle 💙

  2. Unfortunately if you’re responsible for young kids then you don’t get to choose what you listen to,you can’t sit and focus on something or have quiet time, work out etc…

I have ADHD (and in very early recovery) and I find it really hard to leave bed most days but a hack that works EVERY TIME is playing my fave upbeat song (that week, cus you know it be changing regularly) on my phone. i’ll start dancing to it in bed and before i know i’m up and ready to get on with the day.

  4. For me, prayer is everything. Combing the psychological and spiritual is key for my recovery believing the spirit is most powerful giant 🙌 😅
