  2. Hey Magnus,does more than 30 min a day cardio affects muscle growth if i eat calories maintainance calories+calories i burn doing cardio.As nearly 13% bodyfat w/ not a goal to lose fat.

  5. What do you suggest for someone that enjoys jogging, sprinting outdoors but has a goal of building muscle. Cardio is performed about 4 times a week. How do we build muscle with out burning it off through too much cardio. Thanks

I mean I know you opt for heavy training for your clients but I do not like bulky muscular bodies for girls So I was wondering what you suggest and if you ever get that question from women clients. I am scared of heavy weights too

  11. For your workout app am I supposed to only do the 45 min workouts once a day or do I need to incorporate more workouts and so on each session?

  12. Only surcalose sweetner is bad for you. It is men made piosion. 😅. Look for stevig in your proteïne shake . Be carfull for surcalose. You can look it up.

  13. Great advice except artificial sugar is not healthy and can cause cancer and all kinds of other health issues aka Splenda don’t do it 🙏🏼😋
