  1. Building muscle will help burn more fat than cardio, especially half move cardio like this mini stepper.

    It’s good to want to get fit, but too many women shy away from building muscles. I learned to love my body from strength training. My husband’s ability to drop fat and gain muscle faster is annoying, but it’s also a motivator to keep going. But, don’t skip cardio every day as it’s good for endurance.

  2. I don’t know what your personal fitness goals are, but if you are looking to shed pounds and actually lose weight, this is not going to do much for you….
    Yeah sure you’re moving a little bit.
    But you are actually not burning enough calories to make any difference.
    The best way to lose weight by burning off body fat is through resistance training.

  3. Since, you have such thick thighs how do you deal with them rubbing together ? Right now I’ve been running or walking everyday and I’ve used smoothing sticks and baby powder to keep from chafing. But alas it has not helped. Do you use anything ?
