That was really good, I love this meditation practice, thank you Adriene. Every time I do this meditation, it feels like having a big hug from an old friend. Before practice, I was feeling a little with out energy, and I just wanted to sleep, but now I feel like I can take on my day. I’m going to do another practice, before I leave my mat today. I’ve turned to this video a lot in my life in a lot of situtations, usually because I wanted a few minutes of absolute silence, but today was different. I urgently needed silence inside me, so I chose this meditation again. I usually like to imagine waves and water during this meditation, but today I needed to get rid of some horrible thoughts and images in my had (that switched on my fight or flight), so I imagined that these thoughts are pictures that I’m burning up, so that I can get rid of them fully. After that, I decided to swipe the remaining ashes and throw them into the water. I waited a little bit so they can become one with the water they were in. It helped me a little. Maybe this visualisation meditation can help someone else in the future, that’s why I shared it. Thank you, Adriene. Again.❤
