  12. Delight day 11🎉 loved this thank you, Adriene, for this sweet meditation. Like my last comment I wrapped up in a blanket and got cosy, but my mind did wander a bit today, I accepted it and let it go with the deep breaths. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

  13. I’ve turned to this video a lot in my life in a lot of situtations, usually because I wanted a few minutes of absolute silence, but today was different. I urgently needed silence inside me, so I chose this meditation again. I usually like to imagine waves and water during this meditation, but today I needed to get rid of some horrible thoughts and images in my had (that switched on my fight or flight), so I imagined that these thoughts are pictures that I’m burning up, so that I can get rid of them fully. After that, I decided to swipe the remaining ashes and throw them into the water. I waited a little bit so they can become one with the water they were in. It helped me a little. Maybe this visualisation meditation can help someone else in the future, that’s why I shared it. Thank you, Adriene. Again.❤
