  1. Loved your thoughts on meditation not needing to be a sitting still practice!! My favorite teacher always reminded us that meditation is just the practice of dropping into the space between oneโ€™s thoughts. He actually encouraged us to try to start by mindfully doing a routine physical task like washing the dishes and using a silly mantra like โ€œhere I am washing the dishesโ€ until you can drop into that space for even just a second.

  2. Augh that chat about answering the call, I wish I had someone like you as a friend to voice these feelings to. its healing seeing you process things like this in these videos

  3. acv makes hair so so dry. if you need to drink it through a straw because it can damage hard, protective enamel, think what it’s doing to delicate hairs.

  4. also just some baselines! wellness starts with having needs met, safety, food, water, shelter, and think that isn’t stated enough on top of things we can do to help ourselves along as well. Especially with nervous system regulation and feeling safe in your body/managing stress. but sharing some simple things that feel like they’ve improved my quality of life as of late that I maybe didnt know about or didnt do previously consistently ๐Ÿ™‚ always take what resonates and know you are good enough where you are

  5. I sometimes take ACV baths. I swear by it!!! A cup of ACV for a full ((clean)) bath. Srly smoothes skin ever

  6. You are amazing. I liked to listening to your thoughts on things, nobody ever say what they are really feeling or thinking these days. A quote or something that you’ve to get you inspired is something very cool IMO. Sending love & lots of air hugs. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฐ

  7. I was told if I wanted to call the IRS to wait until they are about to close at 7pm to call so youโ€™re last in queue & not sit there for days 14<3

  8. also love acv! I use it internal for digestion and blood sugar regulation. My Mother taught me. She also drinks 1-2 teaspoons before eating sweets

  9. You are looking so glowy and ethereal girl. Loving these videos. I feel much more grounded when I watch them. Thanks for keeping it real.

  10. I can’t believe you filmed yourself calling the IRS and putting on lotion and called that content? damn you really fell off when your videographer boyfriend broke things off bc what is this? :/

  11. jenny would you be interested in making a video showing some recipes you like to make over the week? i always find your lifestyle content so insipiring!

  12. This video was exactly what i needed… Loved you talking about taking care of yourself mentally and physically like journaling, getting the right nutrients for your body, calming the body down, just having candles, drinking your water, drawing tarot cards, taking a walk… Whatever lifts your spirits and is good for your body, mind and soul,so grateful for these vlogs Jenny!!!!

  13. I’ve wanted to make videos like you and some of my other fave creators but it’s scary! โค I can relate to the dull ache of "what if" and being held back by fear/judgement

  14. Your chat about creative calling was more wise and more helpful than so much of whatโ€™s on YouTube. Very grateful to have heard these words today!

  15. jennyyyy I missed you "what I eat in a day" videos…maybe you can include some meals in these series as well? love u xx

  16. I find myself leaving your videos on in the background as i’m doing just general things at home ๐Ÿก i really believe a jenny podcast is a missing puzzle piece in this world, i need a daily intake of your videos because they are absolutely grounding

  17. Wow this video really came at a perfect time! Currently going through a difficult breakup and hearing what you said about dealing with a quick sharp pain versus dealing with a dull pain for a long time really hit home for me. Also I fully stand by a mental health walk and staying home when you need to!!! Anyway thank you Jenny for your words of wisdom and wellness tips! ๐Ÿ™‚

  18. Hi Jenny, I’ve been watching your videos for about 7 years now but never commented! I just wanted to say your chit chat on answering the call spoke to me and my situation so deeply and the relief of being understood just hit me. I probably wont pop up for another 7 years now haha but your videos have been with me through so many life stages i just thought I’d let you know how I appreciate you and your creativity! Xx
