  1. Restrictive diets are hard! I totally agree! When you know you can’t eat something thats all you think about and it’s like reverse psychology because you want it even more than you normally would

  6. I agree with a lot of what you said! I love salads…. you can never get bored of them, there are so many different types of salad! I also agree with. what you said that I don’t like to restrict myself. With respect to salad dressing… its actually REALY important to eat fat with vegetables since some vitamins are fat soluble and not water soluble, so you need the dressing with the salad in order to absorb everything properly πŸ™‚ I also love soup! Great video, I hope it helps people πŸ™‚
