  1. Vic, what do you think of ‘extreme’ dietary lifestyles like Keto? I’ve tried it but I feel like I’m depriving my body of something it needs for balance.

  2. Without a doubt Vics channel is up there as one of the top 5 most credible/authentic/genuine on youtube. In fact as a fitness personality he’s got to be one of the best. In my personal opinion Vic, Athlean – x and Jamie Alderton are changing the game in terms of the value they are offering their viewers. Keep up the good work Vic

  3. "whenever i do something that is good for my body i consider it as body building"…. that’s the best line i came across in a fitness channel in a long time. great video Vics

  4. Great vid. I have a mindset that’s its all or nothing which can break a diet or routine after a minor slip up. The main thing is to reprogram self to stop with the self sabotage and be consistent day by day. This goes beyond just bodybuilding. Peace Love & Muscles.

  5. Greetings Vic,

I just wanted to say Thank You, and that I Loved the video, Love the channel, Love your message(s)! You inspired me years ago (and I fell off a bit but I am back) and now I am rediscovering your channel if you will as I want to pursue a health, fitness, and happiness channel/blog/business of my own so I wanted to say thank you again for your work and inspiration (as you, Scooby, and really not too many others were the first fitness gurus I discovered), and to and keep up the great work as always!

Oh, and where can I buy one of your shirts (as the page could not be found), Sir?! Thanks again! PLM!

  6. would really love to hear your take on Intermittent Fasting, as I trust your advice the most. I know the community will definitely appreciate it. Thanks for all the great context, depth, and lifestyle you advocate. Cheers!

  7. Very nice video, it shows us that taking care of your body as a whole should be the right mindset.
I was obese as a kid, I lost more than 30kg these years, at some point I had a shoulder injury and that slowly faded into in me letting go of fitness. This culminated last year when for an entire year I didnt do any serious physical activity. It all changed this March when one of my coworkers starting talking about her trainer and she goes do this light MMA class. I, having done a bit of karate in high school got very interested, and I started going to the gym again and also these self defense classes.
I feel alive again, my mind is clearer, I started making goals again in my mind, it ma me feel a man again.
    Sound mind in sound body.

  8. There is no point in watching your videos cause all I’m getting is your point of view on life and NO actuall tips or bodybuilding guides as the tittle of the video says.

  9. I wish more people had the perspective you have at fitness, like real fitness, healthy habits, eating the right foods, etc

  10. You explain things really good! Ive recently watched a few of your videos and they are excellent! keep up the good work man!

  11. ive seen a lot of youtubers out there who pretended to have knowledge about what they are doing and so on.. but everytime as i see your videos it always gives me a new mindset, your videos include way more than just lifting weights, i love it when you define bodybuilding not as something that we will do just in the gym for 1-2 years, you always mention the importance of the mind in bodybuilding, thats great, you definitely deserve more views
