Yes, I’ve been eating everything on this list my entire adult life. This past year (at 59) I started slipping up on my diet and have slowly gained 15 lbs. There is so much misinformation overload on YouTube thats so conflicting. I had literally stopped eating oatmeal because everyone says it’s too much carbs. I packed my breakfast and lunch this morning before watching this video and had decided to add oatmeal back in. My breakfast today is 1/3 cup oatmeal with berries and a tablespoon of chia seeds and 1/2 cup almond milk with two boiled eggs.

I learned that whole wheat bread is full of sugar. Aren’t sourdough or whole grain better options? I have this bread that the grain is soaked and there are only 2-3 ingredients.
